I graduated from Tsinghua University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree, my major was automation, which included many courses that as the same as computer science, I used java to write my bachelor’s degree project program. After graduation, I worked in an automation company as software engineer and then project manager, I designed the software system of The Laboratory of Schneider Electric in China, and in charge of Siemens Suzhou Research Center Electrical Laboratory Project. My major programming language was C#, but I started to learn and use Python since 2014.
In 2014, I started my own automation company, which provides automation and information services for electrical companies, we developed automatic electrical test machines, as well as online electrical monitoring systems, which we use Python and LabVIEW as our development environment. However, as we are gathering more and more data from our systems, it is import to analysis and design prior model with these data. Meanwhile, with more than 10 years working experiences, I start to feel that I need systematic and theoretical knowledge to lead my team for further development, and this is the reason I want to apply for a master’s degree of computer science related area.
